I think that makes it worse, that gd is installed might indicate that
gd is wanted, but MySQL is there always. If I know I won't use MySQL
I want it out, and it's easy to forget to remove it. You will notice if
it's missing and you need it.
The configure help states clearly that MySQL is enabled by default, if
gd is to be on by default it should be stated as well I think.
Well, enough of this, it's not that important to me.
