I've fixed the buglet WRT building the Java extension in a separate
build tree. You can build PHP only in the source tree, if Zend/TSRM are
real directories in the php4 directory (in your case: rm -f
php4/{Zend,TSRM}; mv Zend TSRM php4)
This implies that the current CVS instructions are incorrect
