Bug description: trans-sid being prepended to external hrefs (intermittent)
Can't describe how to reproduce as happens intermittently.
Compiled as an Apache DSO --enable-trans-sid --with-apxs --with-mysql
Using Zend Optimizer
Session section of php.ini:
