I'm personally not thrilled with the table summary attribute requirement.
However I try to conform to the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C)
requirements.
The summary attribute aside, there are still other more serious errors that
trouble my obsessive nature.

But that spec is bogus. Nobody ever uses the summary, scope and headers
attributes on tables.
