As I mentioned, the behavior is "aggravatingly intermittent", but has not shown itself in 6 days. We are uncomfortable upgrading to the latest CVS or snapshot as this is a production environment... when stuff breaks, the phone starts ringing. We look forward to release of 4.02 and hope it will resolve whatever this issue may be.
