Bug description: spaces inserted randomly into echo "some text" 's
on the page http://www.cit.nepean.uws.edu.au/ and
any sub pages done in php random spaces are inserted into the document in echo's
eg
echo " <IMG SRC=\"someimage.jpg\">";
might display as
&n bsp
and some tags become affected when the spaces are added to them.
