mySQL: 3.23.22-beta

php4isapi.dll works when asigned a content type of wwwserver/isapi.
PHP4.exe crashes in WebSitePro/2.5.4 with a Dr. Watson error with a content type of
wwwserver/shellcgi.
PHP3.exe works with WebSitePro/2.5.4 when assigned a content type of wwwserver/shellcgi.
