Hi,
You don't have main/php.h?!
Sorry for worrying you right after 4.0.2 release :), I made myself not clear. PHP 4.0.2 compiles fine beside those warnings, my php tarball is here: /u/guest/www/compil/php-4.0.2 mapped to /nfs/s5/space/users/guest/www/compil/php-4.0.2 The files I don't have are the files indicated in the warnings because the path to access these files don't exist on my system: /home/php/php4/php-4.0.2/main/configuration-parser.y I do not have such a path /home/php/php4/php-4.0.2 etc.
You shouldn't need bison/flex to build the 4.0.2 package.
Sure, but I thought it could related because of .l and .y files pointed by the warnings.
That's a very weird warning. Can you check permissions on these files?
I don't even have those files, this path doesn't exist on my system. I must say I don't have bison to regenerate Zend parser so it might be related.
/home/php/php4/php-4.0.2/main/configuration-parser.y:25: warning: Header file /home/php/php4/php-4.0.2/main/php.h exists, but is not readable
What about the other one ?
I also have this other warning:
dl.c:91: warning: `IS_SLASH' redefined
/nfs/s5/space/users/guest/www/compil/php-4.0.2/main/php_virtual_cwd.h:54:
warning: this is the location of the previous definition This is with 4.0.2 final from php.net on NetBSD 1.3.3 x86 (without bison).
