Zeev, 4.0.3RC1 Works fine here, just tried out most functionality that I normally use as well checking the new file uploads. After finding a bug in IIS and IE (I need to test this bug a bit more then a nice post to M$ I think is in order.. I got it working and both is_uploaded_file and move_uploaded_file work great. Anyway I put a release of the win32 build (release build) up on my FTP so if you want a copy you can get it at ftp://ftp.phpuk.org/downloads/. Zeev I cant get php3 to build. I read the INSTALL.WIN32 and did what it says yet flex and bision still seem to fail. I will try again tomorrow. James
