interbase module patch

I've made some changes to the interbase module - added a possibility to get affected rows from INSERT, UPDATE and DELETE queries. With the patch applied, ibase_query will return affected_rows on inserts, updates and deletes. The code seems to work fine to me. The patch should be applied to PHP 4.0.2 interbase module distribution. It changes interbase.c file (revision 1.43). I compiled it on Debian 2.2, with Linux Interbase 6 library. I do think that we need a separate ibase_affected_rows() PHP function, but I'm not a C fan no guru and don't know Zend API good enough :). Sorry. I have no access to the cvs repository, so if the code is worth something, someone who have it, can freely incorporate it to the main source tree. !!! DISCLAIMER !!!
