I apologize for not being specific. This will prevent us from moving PHP4
into production. In our effort to kill ASP, we have been moving
applications to PHP. My immediate problem was ducked because I wrote the
dll and could modify it to avoid the warnings. However, we want to utilize
COM objects written by third parties for our hosting customers without
making excuses.

The proposed fix is not entirely good, and may change the semantics of some
scripts (for the worse, IMHO). There is a limitation in the current code,
but it has to be solved in a different way.
IMHO, it's not a show stopper for 4.0.3, even though I'll try to address it
before 4.0.3 goes out.
