Here's is what I would suggest you do: Since the translations are
mirrored as well, you should look at all of the different mirrors
available, and find one or two with the best connectivity into
hungary. Some will undoubtedly be much slower (located in america)
while others will be faster (located in different areas in the EU).
Once you have found a fast one, rather than take lots of time and effort
setting up *another* mirror machine, instead contact the owner of that
mirror. Register a PHP site for it in the hungary namespace (php.hu?),
and point that to your machine's web directories. On your machine,
redirect that to the PHP mirror nearest you, into the hu translation
of the manual.
This keeps the mirror count low, gets faster access, and gets localized
content for Hungarian php users.
