php mirror site!!!

Hi! We are working hard here in Hungary to popularize PHP. We are making the Hungarian PHP Docs Translation, now working on a book about PHP4, make codes available for free, and now would like to make a hungarian php.net mirror. We are really disappointed to see, that you re not accepting new official mirror sites. I think it would be a good acknowledgement of our efforts to include our new mirror with the officials. It is much better to give one hungarian address to interested netmans here. I get more and more emails asking for a new official php.net mirror in hungary. Please help us!!!
