Having more people look at a problem is what makes this interesting. Andrey, I think you should play with it as much as you want. We are at the point with the WDDX stuff where nothing has been released yet so we don't have to worry about backward compatibility issues. It is important to get the interface right at this point. I think you should go ahead and write it the way you feel it should work. You don't have to change Sascha's code. Just make a second set of wddx_serialize and wddx_unserialize functions with slightly different names or something. Before releasing anything we can determine which interface we like best, or perhaps more likely, simply provide both. it is similar to the way there are many ways to interpret a MySQL result, I don't see a problem having two different ways to handle WDDX data depending on what you want to do with it. -Rasmus -- PHP Development Mailing List http://www.php.net/ To unsubscribe send an empty message to php-dev-unsubscribe@lists.php.net For help: php-dev-help@lists.php.net
