A utility that helps bug report submitters find the password that they
chose when initially reporting a bug has been added to bugs.php.net.
There are links to the utility from the bug report form and from the user
bug report modification form.
Alternately, you can access the utility directly by going to
http://bugs.php.net/bug-pwd-finder.php
If anyone encounters any problems with the utility or has comments on it,
