A few weeks ago, I suggested that the readme file that gets shipped with the Windows release should be updated to cover cgi installation and other web servers. I posted an updated version at http://www.dialsolutions.com/phil/php/readme.html with changes marked in red, and notified the dev and qa lists. Nobody objected to the changes, and a few people said they were a good idea. Do you fancy taking the text from the html file and using that as a new readme to ship with the Win32 release?
