Seems to be that way :-/Move the submission form to another page and place a link to it in the instructions. Then set up a dummy form on the page that mails the request back to the person who submitted it, along with a short note to read the instructions. That should at least make the people who can't read quite pissed off before the send in a spurious request. ;) --zak
