bug #7483 (http://bugs.php.net/bugs.php?id=7483) should not have the
"closed" status, as this phenonemon still occurs with 4.0.3pl1.
However this bug imho is a duplicate of bug #6000
(http://bugs.php.net/bugs.php?id=6000).
