Zeev et all,
I brought this up quite a while ago but could never reproduce this, there
was a fix. The only place I have ever seen this happen to me was on PHP.net
itself when it twice sent me the copyright msg followed by the parsed page
it never happned again so I dropped it after the release of 4.0.3pl1.
Ill try to see if I can recreate it locally if anyone has some information..
