PHP_MINIT()/PHP_MSHUTDOWN() functions, I guess. Or RINIT/RSHUTDOWN if
segments should be limited by request scope. But generally for Apache you
can just pre-delete segment and Apache with killing process will erase
that segment (unless you have allocated it before fork, i.e. in MINIT, in
which case you probably have to do MSHUTDOWN).
