That guy actually wasn't saying PHP should be redesigned. And, don't
take this the wrong way, but I still wonder why you feel justified
making comments on the way other people develop PHP applications because
I seem to remember you saying that you haven't really developed a PHP
application beyond a two-line script. Sure, you wrote the Zend engine,
but it's very different from writing Web apps.
