win32 apachemod/cgi
All fine on RC6 (building,internal tests, further tests), trying to use ob_gzhandler, php.exe (CGI) or Apache (apachemod) crashes
setting output_handler = ob_gzhandler crashes every page including commandline access
with *both*, selfbuilt and phpuk binaries
