win32 compile fails :3.0.7

I have VC++ 6. I want to compile the cgi version (well not just but at
first). I don't have ntbind library, so in the config.w32.h I have #define
HAVE_BINDLIB 0.
But at compiling I receive the following error:
php_compat.c(224) : error C2037: left of 's_addr' specifies undefined
struct/union 'in_addr'
which is definitly true. And also after :
php_compat.c(224) : warning C4013: 'htonl' undefined; assuming extern
returning int
Any help ? Please send me any answer directly, because I don't read the
list.
