A more clear design IMHO, quite fine BUT something still is very crappy, the "news" page itself. Our News are somewhat unordered, I think it should be divided up into some parts that always stay the same (eg. so, how much does it cost, usage stats) and into "release news (eg. php4.0.5 released)", there a small box (similar to the mysql one would be fine) indicting which is the latest and with a link to release notes and download and so on and other announce news...
