PHP version: 3.0.7
PHP Bug Type: Misbehaving function
Bug description: sql_regcase works too hard ?
sql_regcase seems to try to regcase non alpha characters:
$a="a|b";
$b=sql_regcase($a);
echo "'$b'";
/* produces '[Aa][||][Bb]' */
/* msql_RegCase($a) used to return '[Aa]||[Bb]' */
Thanks much!
