Building PHP on WinNT

Can anyone point me toward instructions for building PHP 3.0.7 under MSVC++6? I
have been trying for several days and am quite stumped. It can't find all sorts
of header files that are standard under Unix. Are these supposed to be
somewhere? Do I need to find all the function prototypes and defines and whatnot
in the MS include files and change everything in the source? This is a very
frustrating experience. Any help greatly appreciated.
