Bug description: configurable cgi parameter separators
It would be nice to have configurable cgi parameter separators for http get requests, because the
commonly used & sign doesn't fullfill the HTML specification.
read more on this at: http://validator.w3.org/docs/errors.html#bad-entity
It would be nice if this could be configured on a directory/server/virtual server basis in .htaccess
or httpd.conf files maybe in the following way:
php_value cgi_get_separator ;
for ; as an example
