cyberlib

My additions to php at this point require the use of a library written in php3, since I have not been able to find the time to rewrite this as part of the mod, I was wondering if there are any objections to me putting this in CVS, even though it is not c? If no objections, where should it go? I have several people write me and this little lib always seems to fix their problem, I wonder how many people never use it just because they don't write me?
