Ah, got it. I think the best place would either be in examples/, or extra/cybercash/ (probably the latter). That reminds me: I recently wrote a simple wrapper for the SendCC2_1Server function. I should find out if I can contribute this to the distribution. Not exactly the full API, but works quite nicely for doing online authorizations.
