This isn't a PHP issue. On the FAQ page, there are some long lines of code that mean your browser has to scroll horizontally to read the whole thing. When you go to print the page, it will print all the blank space above and below those long lines, right to the top and bottom of the document. So that's where the 90 blank pages are coming from.
