Well I fixed the get_http_headers() function by shortening the buffer
length on the fgets() from 128 to 80. (Then I just switched to fgetc())
also, we had set_socket_blocking() set to false, and I now set it to true
since there's a timeout built into the while loop anyways. So now we
get all the headers back.
I guess I was being retarded trying to spooge a URL into apache_lookup_uri().
Don't forget you heard it here first.
