Bug description: pg_fetch_row does not iterate.
Hi:
There is no way to iterate using pg_fetch_row, the
function does require to enter the two parameters,
the $results pointer and the row number. The only
way to iterate is determining the amount of rows first
and then iterating through them.
I have also used odbc_fetch_row and it lets
you iterate.

Luis Anaya
