The install.txt form 4.0.5 (php.net) mentioned to copy the dll`s to system-dir,
but says nothing general about php4ts.dll, for Apache it`s recommended
to move to system-dir, for NETSCAPE SERVERS, PHP as CGI it`s
mentionend to copy to systemroot, same for NETSCAPE SERVERS, PHP as
NSAPI.
If you want, I can check the points (IIS cgi,isapi, Apache cgi,module)
on Win2k Advanced,SP2 over the weekend.
