PHP Bug Type: FDF related
Bug description: FDF encoding problem
In japanese(may be multibyte) FDF, must need /Encoding key.
But PHP's fdf function not have encoding setting function.
(It's called FDFSetEncoding() in FdfTk).
I have patch for this problem. I would like to send this patch.
