As suggested, IE on W2K download works fine. Netscape 4.78 on the same machine doesn't
(includes shift+click to download)

Download seems fine, was able to save as and open right from browser (IE) on win2k. Anyone else able
to duplicate the problem?

The windows help file (manual_en.chm) for version 4.0.6 has either been compiled incorrectly or the
MIME config means it can't be downloaded and viewed correctly.
