The URL might be mentioned with --enable-dmalloc. Although I suspect it
will do any good. As much as mentioning URLs with --enable-debug or
--enable-with-maintainer-mode.
With --enable-t1lib, hhmm, why didn't I do that? Because all the other
modules just check some functions in libs or some includes. But if those
functions or includes are not found, the message from configure rolls up
and out from the screen quite fast. How many of the questions appearing on
php3-list could have been prevented if the configuring process at the
last phase would have printed out some complains like 'I didn't find this
or this include or lib here or there that's needed for the feature you
asked. I expected to find these files ... in ... . Please see the
documentation how to install or set up this or that at somewhere or
anywhere (or nowhere and stop bothering us) or ask Dopey from outer space
to help you.'
I guess what I'm meaning is if configure can't find something the user
asked for, it should complain and warn (and VERY *loudly* !!!!) at the end
of the configuring process, not somewhere where it can roll up unseen.
