Well, I think having a standalone FAQ is good. People expect it,
even if it seems like a lot of people don't read it (although it's
been read from www.php.net over 3000 times already this month).
(And I would suspect that even fewer actually read the manual.)
But everything that is in the FAQ should definitely be in the
manual someplace, too. This may not be the case now.
