Who generated these? How was it done? I've got my setup to the
point where I can generate the docs in PDF format (using the
TeX-generated PostScript version and running that through GhostScript's
ps2pdf), but it obviously isn't coming out with the handy
table-of-contents thing accessible in the Acrobat Reader.
(The documentation for the website is generating now, so I'll mirror
it over tonight or tomorrow, depending on when it finishes.)
