This should be fixed in 4.0.7. Try the latest snapshot from http://www.zend.com/snapshots/

The following code use to work:-
<? system("test.pl"); ?>
until I installed 4.0.6
I get this error message now:-
Warning: Unable to fork [test.pl] in index.php on line 1
The ChangeLog says this issue was fixed ?!?!?
