Happens on FTP commands, And when pfpro is compiled in php it cause httpd to core when trying to
send mail using horde IMP webmail.

--with-apache=../apache_1.3.19 \
--with-pfpro=/usr \
--enable-track-vars \
--enable-register-globals \
--enable-trans-sid
Compiles fine no errors!
Causes application to error on exec() and mail():

./configure --with-mysql=/usr \
--with-imap=y \
--with-apache=../apache_1.3.19 \
--enable-track-vars \
--enable-register-globals \
--enable-trans-sid
Compiles fine no errors!
Application Runs fine!
