last diff.... i think. now we can support thefile[], thefile_name[],
thefile_type[], and thefile_size[]....
and i'm putting them into HTTP_POST_VARS.... there may be some consideration
as to whether the _name, _size, and _type are actually POST_VARS, but I
think that thefile[] is definitely a POST_VAR, and goes there as such. The
rest are just followers...
no more updates on this ... tonight ... I swear!

p.s. too bad we couldn't have been doing this during the 3.0.9 tarball
prep... ;-)
