Uh, silly bug in glibc-2.x. They've forgot to include all MSG_*
attributes > 0x10 which includes MSG_DONTWAIT. The bugfix should
be in glibc-2.1.2.
Premilinary patch for /usr/include/bits/socket.h which suits our
need is attached (note that the patch is not required, the PHP3
code implements a work around for that scenario).
