PHP version: 4.0.6
PHP Bug Type: Scripting Engine problem
Bug description: (cgi) $PHP_SELF has same value of $PATH_INFO
In cgi mode of php 4.0.6.
$PHP_SELF was always same with $SCRIPT_NAME.$PATH_INFO before I upgrade my
cgi mode php. NOW, It has only $PATH_INFO value.
Is this not bug? changed feature?
