Bug Type: Scripting Engine problem
Operating System: Redhat 7.2
PHP Version: 4.0.6
New Comment:
Do you use phpinfo() to check these values?
Could you try 4.1.0? If problem still exists, please mention your web sever and version.
Even if it seems trivial to write a simple script, make sure you provide short script. Short script
shows a lot of things, how you access these vars, etc.

In cgi mode of php 4.0.6.
$PHP_SELF was always same with $SCRIPT_NAME.$PATH_INFO before I upgrade my cgi mode php. NOW, It has
only $PATH_INFO value.
Is this not bug? changed feature?
