The problem isn't so much the fact that you are running 3.0.7 (although
we are about to release 3.0.10, which has many bug fixes and new features).
The problem is that your mirror hasn't been updated regularly. As I look at
it now, it still only shows 3.0.7 as the most recent release. I'm guessing
the site hasn't been "re-mirrored" since early March.
Also, we changed our mirroring scheme recently (new server, etc.), so there
are some changes you would need to make in order to become a listed
mirror site again - read the instructions at http://rsync.php.net/
(which I think is down right now, but try in a couple minutes).
If you have any other questions let us know. Otherwise, let us know
when you are synching up with us (an hourly cron job is recommended), and
we'll add you back to the mirrors list.
Thanks!
