The problem was that you were mirroring from ca.php.net, which has been the wrong server since February or March or something like that (the recent errors you've gotten are related to an attempt to put a dummy CVS server at that address so we can update the out-of-date servers one last time with a page notifying people that they are out of date, and directing them to the primary site). We didn't have any contact info for you, and you obviously missed the mailings to php-dev about this. Sorry, but now that it appears to be worked out, we will add your site back into the list of mirrors. I've also added your email addresses to our list of mirror contacts so this won't happen again.
