Well done Jim!!,
for the first time I have succeeded in compiling
linking, and executing the Windows version of PHP3. The recent work you
have done on restructuring, seems to have done the trick.
I have had various problems with the Windows releases over a long period,
and now I have the source and can execute from the source, I can have a go
at solving at least partially some of the problems.
