Editing SGML docs is best done with XEmacs psgml-mode. Parse the DTD with
it an look at the general info if all necessaries files are looked up.

I recently installed Red Hat 6.0, but didn't found Norman Walsh's
stylesheets. That rpm thingy is a nightmare. If I where you I would
install Debian 2.1. With both installations you have to tell XEmacs to use
the right CATALOG files.
What errors have you seen?
