Stig mentioned some docware stuff at cygnus. Look around in

Comment out that DTDDECL in your catalog (with -- comment --). Jade don't
use it. I have seen only one report, where it is working. I tried recently
DocBook 3.1 and I have to comment out the docbook.dcl also.
