I am still trying to clarify how exactly this will work within ASF, or if
it will work at all. The ASF policies for this have not been determined
yet and I am waiting for them to come to some sort of concensus.

It still works. But I would probably suggest waiting a bit, or maybe
contributing some stuff to the Zend guys instead for now since they
probably need it more right now.
